The GGNRA is attempting to eliminate off leash dog walking before complying with the public decision making process required by law. We want these government officials to require the GGNRA to enforce the long standing policy allowing off-leash dog walking until the final rulemaking process has been completed. For the GGNRA to arbitrarily eliminate off-leash dog walking is unfair and undemocratic. We can save off leash dog walking at Ocean Beach if we get organized and demand a fair process.
